The Mayor called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 437 Old Mammoth Road, Suite Z, Mammoth Lakes.

Sandra Moberly led the flag salute.

Stacy Corless, Mono County Board of Supervisors, announced that her District 5 seat would be on the ballot in June and that she would not be seeking re-election.

Ingrid Braun, Mono County Sheriff, announced that she would be seeking re-election this year.

There were no additions to the agenda.

Community and Economic Development Director Sandra Moberly gave an update regarding current building and planning activities. There was discussion among members of Council and staff.

Parks and Recreation Director Stuart Brown, Public Works Director Haislip Hayes, Administrative Services/Finance Director Rob Patterson, and Police Chief Al Davis gave a presentation regarding the winter storms operations update. There was discussion among members of Council and staff.

Mono County CAO Bob Lawton gave a presentation outlining the Mono County Redistricting process and outcomes from that process. There was discussion among members of Council and Mr. Lawton. 

Town Manager Daniel C. Holler gave a presentation regarding the pandemic update. There was discussion among members of Council and staff.

  • Resolution:

Councilmember Sauser attended the Mammoth Lakes Tourism Board meeting.

Mayor Pro Tem Wentworth attended the grand opening of the Bishop Airport.

Councilmember Stapp reported on the Mammoth Lakes Housing wait list

At 5:38 p.m. the Mayor announced that the Council would be entering into closed session for the purposes as stated in the agenda.

The Council reconvened from closed session at 6:13 p.m. and the Town Manager announced that there was no reportable action taken.

The Council adjourned the meeting at 6:13 p.m.
